Richard is an 85 year old retired school teacher from Edgar, WI. He is a self-taught woodcarver. He started by carving his own fishing lures when he was 12 years old. Carving became a life-long hobby. Richard carves and paints a variety of wildlife, animal caricatures waterfowl decoys and fish. Since retiring in 2000,he focuses mostly on bird carvings. Richard says "I especially like carving Great Blue Herons in miniature, with those long legs and long neck, there are so many ways to pose these elegant wading birds."

Jersey Girls

I'm a small dairy farmer in Clark County Wisconsin, close to the center of America's Dairyland. Four years ago, we began making our Jersey Girls lotion available for sale. Since then we have expanded to many scents and added some super helpful lotions to our line up. Our lotions with magnesium added have helped many people and now we offer a Cooling Muscle Rub lotion with menthol and magnesium added. Currently, we are working on a new addition that will come out this spring. The story behind the name, Jersey Girls, stands for all my beautiful Jersey cows that I milk and all the beautiful women in my life that support and help me with this dream. The main ingredient in my lotion is milk from my small herd of Registered Jersey cows. Milk is great for the body both inside and out. The rest of my milk is sold to Nasonville dairy where it is turned into squeaky cheese curds. Most days I see the sun rise and set while I run the farm. I LOVE to capture in pictures all the beauty around me that the Lord provides me everyday.

Rare Treasures Home & Garden

While visiting Door County, I discovered mosaics. Since then I have enjoyed dabbling in mosaic work, and using it in my garden and home. I prefer to use vintage materials such as vintage china, stones, and a variety of different media. I can't possibly keep everything I make and offer items for others to enjoy.

Noisy Creek Originals

As a lapidary and wire-wrap artist, I transform raw gemstones into one-of-a-kind wearable art. My work is the culmination of a lifelong passion for nature, wildlife photography and "rock hounding".

Each pendant begins with a stone-often hand-collected over decades, or sourced for it's rare and unique character. I cut and shape every slab into a freeform cabochon, letting the stone's natural patterns dictate the final design. Without a rigid plan, I allow the gemstone to "tell me" how it should be featured, resulting in wirework that flows in harmony with the stone's inner beauty.

My goal is to share my deep love for the outdoors through these handcrafted pieces, allowing others to carry a small part of the natural world with them.
